Independent Master Broker and Benefit Specialist with over 41 years’ experience specializing in all lines of insurance and risk management.  Designated as a Certified Insurance Counselor,Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow and Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist.  Having the experience, skills, and ability to service clients with unique strategies and methods other brokers don’t have.  As an award winning Top Producer in his field James is a Life Member of the Texas Leaders Round Table, and Who’s Who of Insurance Professionals.  He has taught insurance courses for over 20 years for the Life Underwriting Training Council out of Washington, D.C. He has received numerous awards and accolades including the Fort Worth Star Telegram’s“Front Page Award” presented by the mayor of Fort Worth and the prestigious 2019 Career Service Award.

James has served on numerous insurance committees as chairman, and as a director on the Fort Worth insurance board for over 12 years. He also served as Field Practice and Ethics chairman of Texas dealing direct with the Texas Department of Insurance. He has served as an officer on the Insurance Board for many years and isapast President of the Fort Worth Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors®. James is a national speaker and trainer in his field, and has had many articles published in several industry and other publications over the years.

James is also active in his church, community service projects and various charities including his family foundation The Jackson Project assisting children with Leukodystrophy. James has two children, his son Morgan a Texas Tech graduate and daughter Sydney who is still in college.
